Reporting User Content
How Subs Moderates Content
Subs uses proactive content moderation technologies and a team of trusted moderators to review User Content. Our moderation technology scans User Content to ensure it complies with the applicable rules around what Users can Upload onto the Platform..
Our proactive moderation technology scans images, videos, calls and text for User Content that may be in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms. Subs use a mix of automated and secondary human review of content moderation.
To protect our Users, User Content flagged by our proactive content moderation technologies is automatically suspended from the Platform until it has been reviewed by our team of trusted moderators.
Upon review by our Moderation Team, we may take any steps deemed necessary to protect our Users, this may include reinstatement or removal of the moderated User Content. Our Moderation Team may also take any steps it deems necessary to report such content to relevant organisations or law enforcement agencies, this is done in accordance with clause 9.10 of the Terms.
In circumstances permitted by the Terms, where User Content is otherwise permitted on the Platform, Subs may choose to move or reclassify the User Content or cause for it to be made available elsewhere on the Platform in accordance with the Terms and our Policies instead of suspending or removing such User Content. This may include requiring a User to move, reclassify, replace or change the visibility of such User Content, changing or restricting such User Content’s visibility or removing it from being accessible by the public.
When Subs Removes or Suspends User Content
In line with our legal duty and to protect our Users, following our investigation of User Content in breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, without needing to obtain consent from you or giving you prior notice.
Any content that is illegal or deemed to be in breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy will be permanently removed from the Platform.
Any Creator Earnings and/or payments from Subscriber Posts arising from removed or suspended User Content may be withheld and/or refunded subject to the Terms.
