This policy governs your utilisation of Subs and all associated content, constituting a fundamental aspect of your arrangement with Subco Group Ltd. It delineates the permissible and impermissible activities on Subs.

For clarity, terms defined herein carry the same significance as outlined in our terms of use applicable to all users.

1. Refrain from utilising Subs for anything other than personal purposes, and abstain from selling, renting, transferring, or disseminating your account or any Content acquired through Subs to any other individual.

2. Utilise Subs exclusively in a manner consistent with lawful practices and purposes.

3. Abstain from uploading, posting, displaying, or publishing any Content on Subs that is deemed illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that advocates or facilitates violence or unlawful conduct.

4. Avoid using Subs in a manner that may exploit or cause harm to individuals under 18 years of age, such as exposing them to inappropriate Content.

5. Abstain from uploading, posting, displaying, or publishing Content on Subs that:

   1. Content displayed, referenced, or containing:

      1. Individuals under 18 years of age (or references to individuals under 18 years of age); or
      2. Unless there is written documentation verifying that all individuals depicted or mentioned in your content are adults of at least 18 years old, and unless you possess written consent from each individual allowing the use of their name or images (or both) in said content, refrain from including or referring to any other individuals.

   2. Depicts, endorses, markets, or alludes to:

      1. Weapons, firearms, or items subject to prohibitions or limitations on sale, possession, or use;
      2. Substances or paraphernalia related to drugs;
      3. Actions related to self-harm or suicide;
      4. Acts of incest;
      5. Scenes depicting violence, rape, coercion, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual violence, torture, sadomasochism, extreme bondage, excessive fisting, or genital mutilation;
      6. Services related to escorting, sex trade, or solicitation.
      7. Materials related to bodily fluids, waste, or excrement;
      8. Non-consensual sharing of sexually explicit content, commonly known as "revenge porn" (this refers to any sexually explicit material featuring individuals without their prior, express, and fully informed consent to its creation, distribution, or sharing);
      9. Actions involving animals;
      10. Scenes depicting sexual activity with deceased individuals;
      11. Content depicting eating disordered behaviour.

   3. Includes unrequested sexual material or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies another User or any individual without consent, or contains fabricated or manipulated sexual content involving another User or any individual (such as "deepfakes");

   4. Contains, endorses, advertises, or alludes to hate speech (defined as Content aimed at defaming, humiliating, degrading, dehumanising, excluding, attacking, threatening, or inciting hatred, fear, or violence against a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status, social class, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious illness, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic);

   5. Contains or references the personal data or private or confidential information of any other individual (including phone numbers, location details, names, official documents, email addresses, Subs login credentials including passwords and security queries, financial data such as bank account and credit card information, biometric data, and medical records) without the express written consent of that person;

   6. Either:

      1. In the case of Content featuring public nudity, was captured or is being broadcasted from a jurisdiction where public nudity is prohibited;
      2. In the case of Content featuring sexual activities, was captured or is being broadcasted from a public space where it is reasonably foreseeable that members of the public may witness the activities taking place (this excludes outdoor areas where the public is absent, such as private properties like backyards, or secluded natural areas where public presence is unlikely).

   7. Creates the perception that it originates from us or is sanctioned, licensed, or endorsed by us, or any other individual or entity;

   8. Results in, or is intended to result in, inconvenience, anxiety, embarrassment, or serious offence to any other individual;

   9. Is utilised or planned to be utilised for soliciting money or any other advantage from any other individual in exchange for the removal of the Content; and/or

   10. Engages in or encourages third-party commercial endeavours or transactions, such as competitions, giveaways, and other promotional activities, product placements, advertisements, or recruitment advertisements, without our explicit prior consent.

6. Abstain from using other media or methods to communicate content that violates this Policy on Subs.

7. Provide accurate information during account registration and refrain from unauthorised use of another individual's information or Content.

8. Avoid posting spam, artificially increasing Creator views or interactions, or sharing inauthentic, repetitive, misleading, or low-quality Content on Subs.

9. Do not reproduce, distribute, download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content on Subs unless permitted under the Terms of Service.

10. Do not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious material into Subs' Content.

11. Avoid utilising Subs for stalking, bullying, abusing, harassing, threatening, or intimidating others.

12. Do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct on Subs, or behaviour that may lead to the deception of other Users.

13. Respect the intellectual property rights of Creators on Subs by refraining from recording, reproducing, sharing, or distributing their Content without proper authorization.

14. Refrain from actions that violate our or someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights, personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.

15. Violation of this Policy may result in account suspension or termination and the revocation of access to earnings, as outlined in the Terms of Service.

16. Do not employ automated programs or tools to access Subs or extract Content or information from the platform.

17. Do not impersonate Subco Group Ltd, any of its employees, another User, or any other individual or entity, nor suggest any false affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

18. Avoid using Subs in a manner that could compromise system security or interfere with other Users' access or engagement.

19. Refrain from decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to uncover the source code of Subs.

20. Use Subs' name, logo, or related elements only as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or with prior written consent.

Violation of this Policy may result in account suspension or termination and the revocation of access to earnings, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
