Fast Start Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Subs.com Fast Start Promotion (the “Promotion”). By enrolling in and participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Subs.com’s general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not enrol or participate.

1. Promotion Overview

Subs.com is offering a limited-time incentive promotion to eligible creators (“you” or “Creator”) to support account growth. Under the Promotion:

  • Fast Start Promotional Credit: Subs.com will record a one-time Fast Start promotional credit in a separate Fast Start Promotional Credit Balance. The credit amount is calculated as 80% of the subsidised first-month subscription revenue for each Qualifying Subscriber, capped at a maximum of $9.99 gross revenue per subscriber (i.e., maximum $7.99 per subscriber credit). The credit is limited to the first 50 Qualifying Subscribers, for a total maximum Fast Start Promotional Credit of $399.60.
  • Promotional Credit Unlock Trigger: The Fast Start Promotional Credit Balance will become withdrawable (and transferred to your standard payout balance) only once your account reaches Qualifying Revenue of $2,500 (excluding the Fast Start Promotional Credit itself).
  • Subscriber Incentive: To help attract new subscribers, the initial one-month period for each of the first 50 Qualifying Subscribers acquired after enrolment will be provided at no charge to the subscriber (“Free Initial Period”). The subsidised first month is capped at $9.99 gross for the purpose of calculating the Fast Start Promotional Credit. After the Free Initial Period, the subscription will automatically renew at the Creator’s standard subscription rate (as set by you) unless the subscriber cancels.
  • No Assurance of Promotional Credit: Subs.com does not assure that you will acquire any subscribers, reach the revenue milestone, or unlock any Fast Start Promotional Credit under this Promotion. This is an incentive program only.

Defined Terms:

  • Qualifying Subscribers: The first 50 new paid subscribers who enrol in your account after your Promotion enrolment date, whose subscriptions are valid (not fraudulent, self-subscribed, or in violation of platform rules), and who are acquired within 1 month of your enrolment date.
  • Qualifying Revenue: Net revenue (after platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments) generated from any sources on your account, including paid subscriptions (beyond the Free Initial Period), tips, pay-per-view content, or other features. Revenue from Free Initial Periods does not count. All normal earnings (unrelated to the Fast Start Promotional Credit) remain fully withdrawable under standard payout rules.
  • Fast Start Promotional Credit: A non-cash promotional credit recorded in your account. It does not constitute wages, guaranteed income, an advance, or any form of entitlement independent of meeting the required milestones in full.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible:

  • You must be a registered, verified Creator on Subs.com.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where Subs.com operates and where this Promotion is legally permitted (currently focused on the United States and other permitted jurisdictions; availability subject to local laws).
  • You must not have previously participated in this or any similar Subs.com incentive promotion.

Subs.com reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject, revoke, or terminate participation at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or platform rules.

3. How the Promotion Works

  • Enrolment is voluntary and confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

  • Acquisition Window: You must acquire up to 50 Qualifying Subscribers within 1 month of enrolment. If fewer than 50 Qualifying Subscribers are acquired, any Fast Start Promotional Credit will be calculated and, if applicable, unlocked on a prorated basis.

  • Revenue Milestone: To unlock the Fast Start Promotional Credit, you must generate Qualifying Revenue within 12 months of enrolment. The required Qualifying Revenue is calculated based on your standard monthly subscription price, as follows:

    The Revenue Milestone equals five times the gross monthly subscription value of 50 subscribers at your standard price, calculated as:

    5 × (50 × your standard monthly subscription price).

    By way of example only:

    • If your standard subscription price is $9.99, the Revenue Milestone is approximately $2,497.50.
    • If your standard subscription price is $5.00, the Revenue Milestone is $1,250.

    Accordingly, the Revenue Milestone will generally fall between approximately $1,250 and $2,497.50, depending on your chosen subscription price.

    If the required Revenue Milestone is not reached within the 12-month period, the Fast Start Promotional Credit expires and will not be paid, in whole or in part.

  • Proration: If fewer than 50 Qualifying Subscribers are acquired but the applicable Revenue Milestone is reached, the Fast Start Promotional Credit will be prorated based on the actual number of Qualifying Subscribers acquired. The subsidised value per subscriber is capped at $9.99 gross, or your standard subscription price if lower.

  • Subscriber Disclosures and Consent: Subscribers enrolling under this Promotion will receive clear and conspicuous disclosures prior to subscribing, including: (i) the Free Initial Period; (ii) automatic renewal at the Creator’s standard subscription rate following the Free Initial Period; (iii) the amount and frequency of charges; (iv) how to cancel at any time; and (v) confirmation that cancellation is as simple as subscribing.

  • Subscribers will be notified prior to any renewal charge and may cancel at any time without penalty.

  • Credit Issuance: Once the applicable Revenue Milestone is reached, the Fast Start Promotional Credit Balance will be transferred to your standard payout balance within 30 days, subject to standard payout requirements. Until the milestone is met, the Fast Start Promotional Credit Balance remains separate and non-withdrawable. All other earnings remain withdrawable as normal.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Abuse

You must promote your account in compliance with all Subs.com rules. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using fake accounts, bots, self-subscriptions, or purchased subscribers.
  • Incentivizing subscriptions in violation of platform rules or law.
  • Any fraudulent or deceptive promotion.
    Subs.com may verify subscribers, deduct invalid ones from Qualifying Subscriber counts, withhold or forfeit the Fast Start Promotional Credit, or terminate participation/account for violations.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Limited to the first 50 Qualifying Subscribers acquired within 1 month of enrolment.
  • The per-subscriber subsidy for Fast Start Promotional Credit calculation is capped at $9.99 gross, regardless of your actual subscription price.
  • One-time credit; non-recurring.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Subscriber cancellations do not affect the Fast Start Promotional Credit eligibility (cancellations may occur before or after renewal without retroactive impact).

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • By You: You may withdraw from the Promotion anytime by contacting [email protected]; accrued progress and any recorded Fast Start Promotional Credit will be forfeited.
  • By Subs.com: Subs.com may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. Termination does not create any obligation to release or pay any portion of the Fast Start Promotional Credit Balance unless the applicable revenue milestones have been met in full prior to termination.
  • Subscriber Rights: Subscribers can cancel anytime via simple methods. Cancellations during the Free Initial Period or afterward do not entitle them to refunds for prior charges (if any).

7. Taxes and Fees

You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees related to any Fast Start Promotional Credit or other earnings. Subs.com may withhold amounts as required by law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This Promotion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Subs.com makes no representations regarding subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, or promotional credit unlock certainty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Promotion. Participation is at your sole risk.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Updates: Subs.com may update these Terms; continued participation constitutes acceptance. Check for updates periodically.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms benefit only you and Subs.com.
